Do I need insurance to use this offer?
No! This plan is specifically designed for patients without insurance or whose plans aren't meeting their needs. No insurance required.
What are the ongoing membership plans?
After your initial visit, you can enroll in one of our annual membership plans: Children ($350/yr), Adults ($400/yr), or Periodontal ($640/yr). Each includes exams, cleanings, X-rays, emergency visits, and 15% off all other services for 12 months — with no waiting periods, deductibles, or annual maximums.
